We hope you are happy with your purchases, but if you are not entirely satisfied we are happy to offer a full refund excluding delivery charges within 10 working days of reciept in an unused condition, with full tags attached and accompanied with the reciept.
A refund is the full purchase price less any shipping costs.

On reciept of returned item, the item will be checked within 48hrs.
Please indicate on the original shipping note the reason for return.
An email will be sent confirming the refund, after you recievethe email please allpw 21 days for the refund to be credited to your account.
Please note if items are damaged or stained with tan/ make-up, smell of body odour or smoke it will not be refunded an will be returned to sender.
Items are couriered/ posted to our customers and while every effort is made to ensure items arrive in perfect condition, wrinkles and creases are not deemed a flaw.
